DESCRIPTION:Sweat Lodge with Ellen Beckerman. \nJoin us as we review our year\, and give voice and honoring to the experiences that have shaped us. This is a time to see how we have been changed and grown\, and embody those changes\, the gifts of our experience\, so that we may step into our wisdom. This the time of equal day and night\, and we are poised between light and dark; the still point between the waxing and the waning. And so\, it is a time to look at\nourselves\, and see what we have gathered.
